Sprinkler heads break relatively easily, especially with increased foot traffic on lawns and with the weekly use of lawn mowers. These can cause all sorts of flooding and other plumbing problems. Make sure you check your sprinklers regularly during the summer and that you replace any broken parts as soon as possible.
